Now does what it says and more…

Many of these reviews seem old? I have recently installed 3 fountain pumps and 3 controllers. I can now adjust the height of the fountains from my phone rather than have to go into the water to adjust them like I used to! The app links with Alexa (and Google) so I can control the fountain and lights timers etc through that. I can run Alexa routines to turn the fountains and light on when camera detects people arriving. So in my experience nothing short of brilliant!

No cloud.

The app work fine locally. But, one I leave the local network it reports my devices as offline. Also, there is apparently no available API. So, this cannot be integrated into home automation systems.

Not worth the wait

I ordered the wi-fi controller in February and it took five months to arrive from Oase. They kindly supplied the alternative IR controller whilst I waited. However, now I have the wi-if controller it has been nothing but trouble. It refuses to remain stable when all other connection in the house work fine. It refused to connect both LED80,s but detected both so only one light. The functionality of the app looks great but the delivery falls short. Clearly a lot of effort went into design and production but only two stars as it just doesn’t work at advertised. I’m back with the cheaper but adequate no-thrills IR controller which at least delivers what it promised. Wish I’d saved my money on that in the first place.

Does what is expected

Cans see what pump is doing from anywhere and control from anywhere, exactly as it should.

Worst app on the planet

I went all in on Oase and love the room divider and filter equipment. I also purchased the premium LED package including the controller that this app is needed to interface with. It is without a doubt the worst app i have ever seen. I am a tech guy and have developed apps and worked on UX. The app is useless. Nothing is intuitive and there is no in app support.

Not very seamless, takes a long time to install

The idea behind this is great however it fails to mention what is the issue when it fails install. It does not install in one go. And several goes later eventually installed after four days of constant trying every evening after work.

pathetic app and system

its without doubt the most expensive piece of rubbish anyone could purchase thinking they have bought a system to control their pond. It spends more time off line than it does working, i have recently changed from one iphone to another the app went across with the other apps ,have a guess which app doesn’t allow you to monitor your pond you guessed right this pathetic system ,a total waste of money 🤔kev jf004

App Still fails to Perform

The latest version seems to fix the forced install issue but this version crashes far too often and also takes an eternity to start. Disappointing this app still isn’t sorted after all this time. Using iPhone SE2 and iOS 16.0.3.

Updated: (from 1* to 4*) the email help address support is good if you make contact.

No control or settings with this latest update.

Unbelievable, the only reason I bought ProfiClear was the info that was available via the app or EGC website. Not only is there no EGC to give alarms the app hasn’t the capability either so unless you are standing next to the filter it is pretty much useless.
The developers should ask Bosch for help because somebody needs to fix this mess.
