Scam!!
After I made my account online it told me to go install it in the App Store, so I did. In the middle of that, i got an email that said my trial would be automatically renewed for $37! There was nowhere on the email that let me cancel it so I went to the app and tried to login. It said my password was wrong. Which it couldn’t be because I put it in a couple seconds ago. So I clicked forgot password and it said it sent me an email to reset it, but it didn’t and it’s been three hours. The only way to cancel it is to go on my account and I can’t even do that! Hi Woody, InnerPro is glad we were able to resolve the confusion via email with you earlier this morning. As we discussed, it is impossible to incur a charge of any kind because InnerPro does not ask for credit card information during any point in the sign up process. We are however looking into why it took so long for you to receive your reset password email and we will get this resolved right away. We apologize for the confusion surrounding this.
