Why have face ID when it never works, and has to be reset all the time. Figure it out!

Wow can’t even log in
I use a password manager to store unique usernames and strong (20+ character) random passwords. Thanks to the UI erasing any inputs once the app loses focus I have to physically write down my information to enter it in the app. This will lead to LESS security of their client base and not more security. Terrible feature.

Very slow loading
I’ve used this app a few times, and even though I’m on a 5G speed router and restart my iPhone daily, this app is very slow. I’ve deleted and reloaded it several times, to no avail.
Doesn’t load
The app doesn’t load and just searches on the first page so I cannot get to my info at all. The mobile website has to be turned sideways on the phone or you can’t see all the info
Wonderful app
In the beginning it had some kinks to work out, but after that was done- wow! It's beautifully designed and has a TON more options than the old app like temporarily closing your card by yourself if you lose it, or ordering checks. The layout is much better than before. Overall, it really is a great app.

Needs more
As of right now after updating the new app, all it does is pin on the first page. I can’t access my account at all from the mobile app. Everything has to be done on my computer.
It doesn’t even work
The app doesn’t even work! So when I first got it I had to clear every app before I open it or it won’t load but now it’s not even loading! Like I can’t even get into it!
Iffy
I never had an issue with the old app. The new app I have to clear out my phone before it’ll let me log in, and even though I have Touch ID enabled and have it set to remember me, it doesn’t always work and the user name comes up blank. Like the layout of the new app, but think it’s a bit buggy yet.
