Constantly stuck on load screen
App was only working half the time up until this last week. Now it doesn’t work at all, it’s just stuck on a load screen
Dangerous App
The old app worked much better. No way to log out, no way to check balances.
Needs fixed
Please work on fixing the access to this app. It used to work when it was first released, but now it just sits there loading when you try to open it. Please address this.
Terrible Experience
This app is just terrible and never works. It was rushed and should have been in development much longer.
Worthless
You think that when you make a crappy mobile app the first time you would be able to make something that will work the second time. NOPE! Capital Credit union must be know for terrible apps. It would be nice to be able to check how much money I have in my account. But imagine that, I can’t.
New version
I’ve been waiting for this App upgrade and of course for being a new upgraded App it’s got some bugs to be fixed, so I have faith that the CapCU team will get it handled.
Doesn’t work
It worked when it first came out but now when I open the app it just keeps loading. And I know it’s not cause I’m locked out of my account because I can sign in on my computer.
