Can’t redeem credit on account
This company has the worst customer service. I’ve had a credit for over 6 months
and can not redeem it . I will be reporting this company for fraud .

Good shoes. That’s it.
I ordered some shoes from here and it was a nightmare. They spend so much time hyping up the shoes and service... and 0 time actually working on the shoes and service.
The shoe chart is confusing and inaccurate. It told me I was a 6, I’m normally a 8. I ordered the 7 to be safe and it was way to small.
The packaging was terrible as well. It was shoes with some extras (a mask and basso bag) wrapped in bubble wrap. On top of that was a tissue paper like material held together with packing tape. The emails are hilarious, talking about how the shoes were “placed on a satin pillow” and how they used “the finest box money can buy.” It wasn’t even in a box.
The shoes themselves are pretty cute. Low quality up close but at least they’re on your feet.
Also there are no free returns. I spent $25 returning them because the sizing chart was incorrect. The customer service is alright, but beware of the return rules. Read them carefully, there’s a few things hidden in there that they don’t mention when you ask to return them.
They also take a long time to just ship out your order and even longer to get it to you. It’s similar to ordering on wish or Ali express. If you like the shoes order them, but beware of their policies.
If you order a sale item you can’t get a refund back to your card and either get store credit or return it for another size, after paying a ton for shipping.

I order February 22nd 2021 my tracking number is fake I’ve researched about this company, and there known for doing bad customer service and giving out false information about packaging. There shoes look amazing I would love to buy them for me and my peoples but they don’t even have a 10.5 or 11 for men and there is even people saying they need bigger sizes but I don’t think they care.

How would i go about getting a refund because the shipping is taking longer than it stated and its been in the USA for a WEEK and I still haven’t received it. Ive order other things from overseas AFTER these shoes & they ALL came in before theses shoes which was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself. Beyond disappointed

Horrible customer service
I ordered my shoes one moth ago and can’t even track my order they give you fake tracking number, tried to contact costumer service they don’t even answer my emails! I definitely don’t recommend this app, you better spend some more extra money and buy them on the secure website and you know they won’t steal your money and get the shoes you want!!!! Zeros star rate !!!!!

I received my DB Red Shark Limited Edition shoes in 8 days! I went half a size up because I have flat feet and it fit perfectly! There is an extensive amount of sizes from men to women because it is unisex which people neglect to read on the site! I was a size 41 in US size that is a 9.5 for women and 8 or 8.5 in men’s which is accurate to what I’d usually buy. They fit snug, I’m about two inches taller in the shoes too so short guys this is your go to! They look sleek edgy and there’s nobody that’s got shoes like mine so I definitely feel unique! I tried them for a workout and they definitely felt stable! BUT be cautioned there is quite a strong smell when you open the box it’s like a factory smell but just let it air out and it goes away. I put little scented balls in mine. The shoes for the price is definitely a bargain. 100% recommend these bad boys for anybody that loves a good look with comfort to match that energy!

This would have been a five star but almost all the shoes only go up to a size 8 or a 8.5 if your a size 9 or need to size up to a 10 then don’t even bother everything looks really good but what’s the point if you can’t even fit them
