Very helpful.

I’ve been using this app for a while now and I can really recommend it. For those who are already running but struggling, or for those that are struggling to start, it’s a great aid. The authors voice feels authentic rather than someone who is just reading off a page. I find myself feeling joyful whilst running instead of being blighted by inner dialogue and fidgety annoyances. Started my journey

Just started using DRT app. Movement and talking therapies at the same time. Enjoyed meditation? talking therapy and mindful walking. Better than sitting on a couch. Easy to use for a geriatric technophobe like myself. Can’t wait for my next walk.

Supporting mental health!

It’s a superb concept! Anything that supports tackling mental illness through physical activity interventions is a good thing in my book!!

In-the-moment movement

Very easy to follow, with soothing voice that allows listener to move into deeply concentrated state. Good for runners and those in need of more mindful movement in their lives.

Well worth the investment of time

I entered the DRT app with healthy skepticism, however quickly found its simple formula very empowering and enabling. For those of us with too busy lives it helps bring clarity and empowerment. I’d thoroughly recommend it.

Life changing

This has helped me through difficult times. I’m lucky enough to have been a client of William Pullen’s. If you can’t get a slot in his busy schedule then this app is a close second!

A Real Helping Hand

This is fantastic app that combines physical and mental health & fitness with a set of clear guidance and personal goals. I am an eager runner and I find the added helping hand offered by this app a good balance to achieve a healthy mind in a healthy body. I totally recommend it to everyone to achieve great health & fitness all round.

DRT mediation app

I have the calm app and I always use that. So this was different and the thoughts attached to it were not the same. I liked it. The calm app uses a women’s voice so I like the change of a mans. I prefer a mans voice as I believe it is more soothing.
