App looks great, but payment is seriously clunky
App requires your address to use Apple Pay, which is a bit weird. Just seems an unnecessarily long winded way around being able to pay.

Big SCAM STAY AWAY
I have please my order and paid , got an email confirmation and the food never arrived.
I called the center the lady was absolutely rude with me saying I have never placed an other.
Please stay away from this I am so disgusted . If the app is not ready to be used don’t send people to logging for a discount and not not giving then what the paid for. This a scam.

GDK app is just OK
App not too bad to set up and navigate. Offered 50% off the OG kebab for first app order. However, the discount wasn’t applied at the checkout as promised. No way to review the order and confirm if the discount had been applied before payment. Not a massive deal but quite annoying!Picklenix

Tried to order ‘2 for 1 Tuesday’ two OG Kebabs. Even the guy in the local store took ages figuring out how to do this. Requires a complex totally non intuitive sequence of button pushes/selections. Ok if you have the afternoon free to set up an order!!!
Next time I used it, it refused to accept my credit card and link to my bank. Re-did whole order several times - same result. Ended up deleting it all and ordering as a guest - using the same credit card - then worked fine.

Awful. You don’t add Tuesday’s 2 for 1 discount to uber just to get extra 4 pounds fee for your delivery, which by the end of the day you also do through uber. But you can’t contact your driver, only via sms and calls, which he didn’t accept. So my order was cancelled. Refund is also up to 15 days. Unhappy as I can’t pay with cash
Also cannot access the 2-4-1 deal without the app. This wasn’t the case before. Please change it back to how it used to be. Hungry customers with cash such as myself can’t access the offer and remain hungry. It’s not ideal. Just a setback for the company in my humble opinion.Thereviewer00000

The discount for new users was very welcome, the food was excellent so I would still have bought it without that. Everything on time. Maybe offer a 10% discount if you collect.Denny Jnr
Horrible app!! Do not use!!
Went to a store and saw them promoting their offer through phone. Quickly downloaded the app, giving away my personal information, used the location service in the app to find the store. Waited a long few mins to find out the location service found the wrong store when I was standing right in the store. Called back for refund and they show my collection as delivery and it doesn’t even come up as delivery in the delivery support. The email support team was useless with no help and my money gone. I don’t understand how Apple approved this rubbish app. Stay away from this app!!Show lessImad922
Doesn’t work in the US
The app lists no stores in the US. The local store is poorly run, so the only way to ensure the order is close to right is via the app.
