  • Improvements

    Would be better if we could see the progress of the order as 9/10 times still waiting 10/20 minutes after the latest collection time.
  • Use Uber Eats directly. This app is horrendous.

    So you guys are happy to take my money and not deliver anything to me. I called the East Ham branch. They said they made my order but are waiting for a driver to collect it. I called Uber Eats and they said my order doesn’t not exist. I’ve placed another order directly on Uber Eats to the West Ham branch instead and I have clear updates as to where my order is. I would like a refund for my original order because it’s never going to get here. Terrible service.

  • No Discount or Rewards for ordering on the App

    There are no special offers for the customers on the App. Only new customers get a one time discount. Customers should be given a discount for ordering on the App or some sort of rewards like Burger King and other food chains do. The content about food items in the menu is confusing. The name of the item, price and description are all over the place, they should all align (in one box or next to each other).

  • Does not capture missing city

    The billing address fields are hidden by default and if you try and process an order without those details. The entire order process falls over forcing you to start again. Lack of testing evident.
  • Order not received

    Please don’t order from this APP. I have ordered it today and I wanted for almost 2 hours and I did not receive my order. When I called at store they said nobody is picking up my order and when I call there customer care they said they can’t find my order. Anyhow I lost my money now. I feel it’s a scam where they show offers and make you buy, and then they neither give you food not money back. SCAMMERS!!!

  • Flawed App

    Food is fine, app is frustrating. It’s clunky not intuitive and although apple pay is shown as an option it doesn’t work. Get rid of the option or at least add a warning it’s not going to work. I have used the app twice .. about a month apart , same issue.
  • order went to a different branch

    my customer and I order separately when order disappeared from the app after charging the card, nowhere. to be seen in the app and the other order effectively went to a different branch, and the branch did not own up, and even brought the security because we were complaining about this the worst experience in a restaurant ever.

  • Can see I am in USA, only lists UK stores

    Scanned the QR code at the location in NJ where I was eating, but still only lists UK stores
  • Apple Pay doesn’t work

    I spent a good amount of my time downloading the app and trying to pay with Apple Pay. Being denied 5 times before I had to physically look for my card to manually enter it. This is probably the worst experience I’ve had with an app. The app claimed it would be easier. Better check that, check the devs aren’t just buying caffeine and sitting there.

    Since I live in US, nothing is coming up. It is only showing United Kingdom.
