Man throwing brick off 410 overpass
This is not a review, but I cannot find a place to tell y’all about this. There is a man throwing bricks and cinderblocks off for 10 onto the road below. The overpass is Fredericksburg Road and he does this about four or 5 o’clock in the morning. The police know this and he was taken in once and then released. he keeps throwing these things until he hits somebody. He hit a man in a truck this morning, but whatever he threw just bounced off, but since he hit him, he was happy. What I’d like to know is why haven’t the police stopped him from doing this. And everything he throws down below pops tires. Wondered if y’all could help.
