it changes the design of a complication. Just configure a watch face with a Rivets complication. With the app you can change the design of this complication then.

the work is done by the app on the Apple Watch. Just set Rivets as a complication on the watch face, then open the app on the watch to change the design.

please follow the instructions on the iPhone app. You have to set up an Infograph watch face and set at least one complication to Rivets to see the design on the watch face ...

I can’t find it on my phone at all after I paid for it

It seems something went wrong with the installation process. Please reboot your Apple Watch and your iPhone. That should work. If it doesn't work, please send me a mail.
