Complete incompetence by Devs
The devs of this game are completely incompetent. On December 27, 2021 they implemented an update which stated the rewards for completing a task were 1000 chests. Players only received 100 chests from completing those tasks, but it was beneficial for them to do so and teams of players completed these tasks en mass to great rewards.
The devs realizing they screwed up, chose the worst possible way to “reconcile” the issue they created. Without communication they began removing items from players accounts. They claim they only took back the rewards players got from their big, but they took back other items and with no consistency between players. Many people spend lots of money on this game and the devs just deleted and removed things they paid for.
Many players are opening claims with their banks, credit card companies, and apple requesting refunds for what these developers have stolen.Show lesskloops89

Dear boss. Thank you so much for your feedback. There was a configuration glitch in the Alliance Mission, due to which the amount of Alliance Gifts was wrongly set. The first thing I’m saying is that this game advertises, in the ads there is a sheriff that can help a girl or betray her. That is nothing like the real game. So the first thing you should do is make it so that the ads show what’s actually in the game.
the second thing is that when your trying to create a guild or group, no one can do the name they want, maybe you can change it so that even if the name is taken there’s a close name and it shows up.
The third thing is when your attacking a town or something like that. The other towns always come back on you in like 5-10 min, also you have to deal with towns that are very good.

Disappointing
I have played this game for over two years and enjoy playing most of the time and have enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. However, when glitches and issues occur that are due to the game developers mistakes they don’t take accountability and make things right. Recently there were issues fighting at buildings where many lost a lot of troops and their responses to messages was they they sent a “gift” but this didn’t cover even a quarter of the loss that was their fault. And they refuse to do anything to fix it saying they will forward my response to that department. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
This game is a waste of time and money. They will sucker you in and once you are in they keep you there. The only thing and I mean the only thing that keeps most hanging on is the people. The game is set up to cost you money and keep you rebuilding. Trust me I’ve played this game for almost 3 years. They encourage you to participate in events that kill off your troops and you use all the rewards earned in the event just to try and rebuild. Like others have said this game is won by the fullest wallet. And if you don’t keep up you are eventually relegated. Are you going to shield your base and play the game until your 60 or 70? Always checking your shield , always trying to keep up?? I wish I NEVER signed up for this game. Thousands of dollars and hours and hours worth of your life you will never get back…. Almost excellent
This game has much to offer both those who spend and those who do not. There is a great amount of customization options available to fit every play style whether defensive or offensive. There are a few things that it must improve on still. The messaging system both chat and private messaging need much improvement. The gift boxes are slower to open than other games and can become quite annoying as ones finger can become very sore trying to open all the gifts each day. If one has multiple accounts the mechanism to switch accounts requires the email and password to be entered each time unlike some other games which offer quick switching capabilities from known devices. Unprofessional. Spent $4,000 - refuse access.
It’s been just about 1.5 years since my gaming account was compromised. I had spent well over $4,000 in game. I went through the process of trying to link my account to a new email and while I provided numerous receipts proving I had spent the money on the account and they refused because I couldn’t access every last receipt they wanted. One should have been enough as proof. It was an easy process to do. They’d be giving me back access to a now zeroed account. They refused me access to a paid for service. They refused to refund me as well. So they take your money and don’t feel obligated to insure you have access to the product. The game itself was fun and had they followed through I would have spent more. Find a different game to spend money on.Show lessBlitz34
Great game
This is a really good game, of course it has the same issues every pay to play game has, big spenders. Let’s face it though, that’s the reason these guys create these games, to make as much money as possible so that will not change. You have to learn to stay shielded and try and grow in a good alliance. Some states are terrible and others are more cooperative so look around.
If you can’t stay on top of your shields daily then you will get frustrated quickly when you are continually attacked and wiped out and you have to basically start over.
You don’t have to spend a lot of money to enjoy the game, you can’t spend enough to keep up with the whales anyway so don’t try… just relax and enjoy.Show lesslsg1313
Rich mans game
I like the game and have spent a fair amount of money on it, but that’s not good enough to compete. No matter how much u spend, the game is designed for u’r troops to die. Months of hard work and hundreds of dollars, even thousands, and all u’r troops can and will be gone in a matter of seconds when ur shield drops. Guaranteed! They add more things for the big money guys to buy to make them stronger at everyone else’s expense. So much has been added that spending no money will take 2 years to be competitive, and if u bought u’r way thru it all, it still takes 6 months and tens of thousands of dollars. The average spender it will take about a year. And even then, u can and will be zeroed by the bigger money guys. As much as I like it and play it, I don’t recommend it unless u have a ton of money for it. They need to change it so it’s harder to kill u’r troops. Good way to pass time and escape reality for awhile. Made a lot of friends through out the world and enjoy talking to them every day.
Gold and speedup are hard to come by unless you spend a fortune purchasing packs. Even when you do get packs the value is poor. Some researches take over 200 days and the cost of 3 day speedups is expensive. And every time you go to up grade a building (past lvl 21) there is always something extra you need and also cost additional money to acquire. Everything cost on this game. It evens cost to switch sheriff skills. Devs need to adjust some of these things. The rss, gold, speedups require for mercenaries is outrageous. Taking for ever to complete unless you spend hundreds of dollars. The game is fun and I do enjoy it but it’s very hard to be competitive. I would give it 4 stars if they didn’t try to milk you for every dime you have.Show lessFORC3ofON3
Tracking
I didn’t even get to begin playing your game because to continue I do not have a chose in being tracked and we should be given an option for being tracked. I feel as though the right to privacy has/is being ignored no matter how well intentioned your reasons are. So though you game looks enticing to play I'm just not willing unnecessarily to let a faceless corporation or anyone beer that much in business and for a game that's ridiculous. Please think on that when someone whom has no ties to you or your family wants to be that much of your lives. Tracking is not a necessity to having fun playing games. Tracking should always be poses as a question to the public. Privacy is not a Privilege but a RIGHT, a RIGHT not to be taken lightly not stepped on by others. Thank you.Show lessonly1luvly1
