We matched with the hospital scale and it was very close to accurate
App is worthless and scale is ehh
App doesn’t recognize whenever we weigh baby and doesn’t record it, we have to manually go in and enter weight every time, kinda worthless in my opinion
Does not do the 1 thing it’s supposed to!
Out of the box did not connect to my iPhone 11 Pro. I reset everything and still does not work. The tutorial videos in the app won’t even play. What a joke! Too bad, too, because it looks like a decent product and the packaging is good but that means nothing if IT DOES NOT WORK.
Good until you switch phones
I've been using this app to track my baby's weight and height. The bluetooth sync is handy, but only works when the app is on and the phone doesn't fall asleep before you get your baby to stay still on the scale. Then if you upgrade your phone and sign into the app on the new phone none of the data you've entered is there. Apparently there is a way to sync the data to a new phone in the help screen, but it doesn't work.
So beware if you decide to use this scale and app, you may not be able to upgrade your phone unless you're prepared to re-enter all your data again by hand.

Buggy app
The scale this app works with is awesome. The app itself could use some work. Often when it saves an entry, that entry will be hidden unless I delete the app, redownload it, and then sign back in. Would love the scale if the app worked better.
User manual not with the scale
I needed to use this right away, but there were no directions on how to set it up to use it with the box. It was nicely packed, but I think adding in at minimum a sheet on where to find the manual is would be very helpful. I emailed the company, and they answered the next business day with a link to an online manual.
Now, when I pair my tablet with the scale, it does not work exactly as the online manual says.

Weight Inputs
Why does it not save any weights that I put in? Extremely annoying! I can’t even keep track of my baby’s weight (main reason I purchased).
Great scale app needs some fine tuning
I am using this for puppies. It would be great to see all the puppies at one time and there weight gains. A graph or spreadsheet type out out would be great. Or even a print option to print the charts out for the new parents.
Love my scale and app but...
I love my scale and the app, but I think it would be beneficial to have an option on the app for premature babies. They go by an adjusted age and fall into a different percentile category. They aren’t in the same category as a full term baby.

There’s a lot of regular baby scales, so cool to track my lil boy’s weight gains. 😁😁😁
