Terrible !!!!!

Can’t even sign up and make an account through the app to fully review. Keeps telling me my two passwords don’t match THEN tells me I have an incorrect password. How? I haven’t even signed up. Attempted to log in using both different passwords and obviously tells me I don’t have an account. No option to sign up through web. AWFUL UX !

Doesn’t work. App crashing all the time.

Tried reinstalling app. But still doesn’t work. Whats the point of paying for extra hardware to make it smart but it doesn’t work. Get your act together devs.

App Review

I recently had problems with the App failing. I made contact with their customer service and they were very helpful. I had to make some changes to the settings on my iPhone for the phone to connect properly.
I just changed my phone to an IPhone 16 and although I can open the App via the AppStore it won’t actually allow me to put the app on my phone which is very tedious. Navien need to communicate better to their customers or their reputation will be damaged permanently.

App has completely stopped working

This app was working and now instantly closes down when I try to open it??

Absolutely Useless

The boiler works fine but the app is bloody useless. Constantly says ‘offline’ when everything else is working fine.
I hate this with so much venom I’ll warn anyone and everyone who says they’re getting a new boiler!!! Stay away from Navien

If smart management of your central heating is important do not buy a Navien boiler

This app does not work so smart control of our central heating isn’t possible. It worked briefly but now the app says it’s offline even though the boiler control module says it’s connected to the wi-fi and the server, and is working correctly. Re-connecting the control module to the wi-if multiple times and deleting and reinstalling the app hasn’t resolved the issue. Based on all the negative reviews of this app Navien clearly have no intention of fixing this issue. I wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing a Navien boiler.

Summer time needed

Hi devs,
Could you please implement summer time mode? Without summer time I have to adjust my programs to accommodate, which is quite troublesome.

When changing times on app you get invalid information of times the on its own set the boiler on holiday. Also today frost protection changed so boiler on all night

Latest Update

Anyone else having issues with the app, I was having issues of having to refresh the app as it would automatically re-open to function. Then after this latest update the app has just stopped working?!? Come on, get it sorted please.

Infuriating to use

This app really lets everything down. I’ve got a very efficient brand new boiler and the app is awful to use. Each time you load up the app you must force close the app and restart it to view the thermostat or to change any settings. It has made us want to change the thermostat to google nest instead which we had and is ultimately miles better to use. Please fix it!
