Absolutely Useless
The boiler works fine but the app is bloody useless. Constantly says ‘offline’ when everything else is working fine.
I hate this with so much venom I’ll warn anyone and everyone who says they’re getting a new boiler!!! Stay away from NavienGRXBY
If smart management of your central heating is important do not buy a Navien boiler
This app does not work so smart control of our central heating isn’t possible. It worked briefly but now the app says it’s offline even though the boiler control module says it’s connected to the wi-fi and the server, and is working correctly. Re-connecting the control module to the wi-if multiple times and deleting and reinstalling the app hasn’t resolved the issue. Based on all the negative reviews of this app Navien clearly have no intention of fixing this issue. I wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing a Navien boiler.Show lessRunning Bloke

When changing times on app you get invalid information of times the on its own set the boiler on holiday. Also today frost protection changed so boiler on all nightMTHEFH

Anyone else having issues with the app, I was having issues of having to refresh the app as it would automatically re-open to function. Then after this latest update the app has just stopped working?!? Come on, get it sorted please.Findo72
Infuriating to use
This app really lets everything down. I’ve got a very efficient brand new boiler and the app is awful to use. Each time you load up the app you must force close the app and restart it to view the thermostat or to change any settings. It has made us want to change the thermostat to google nest instead which we had and is ultimately miles better to use. Please fix it!Show lessBEN____
Terrible app
I have to agree with all the other reviews on here. I had the old app and thermostat which worked perfectly well for years until it stopped working! I was told that the thermostat was faulty and the app was outdated and and that I could have the upgraded thermostat for no charge. Worst thing I ever did! This app is is almost useless 😡Show less
Has great potential but constant issues connecting
This is such a shame. They need to work on making this a more reliable service. I’m now looking into using a hive or similar to manage our heating.Hhdj
Could use some work. Not updated in ages
Simple to use app but needs some refinement. Coming from Hive this is terribly basic.
Had to reinstall twice to get it to connect to the thermostat.

Very very poor
The boiler itself is gray not missed a beat. This app is horrendous. So many bugs with it and looks like the developers can’t be bothered fixing them. I’ve emailed Navien and had no reply.
Going to end up with a third party thermostat to have decent software with i which I shouldn’t have to.stevohaha
Need sorting
This app on my iPhone 11 doesn’t work. It won’t keep my location.
Constantly have to re enter all info to get it to work.
Geo fencing never works. Fuel consumption never work dispute constantly putting the Corcyra setting in.
Let’s down a good boiler.
