The new app is great, i use daily - very reliable and good to see where the driver is and how long itll be until it arrives. Wouldnt use any another taxi company. Staff that work there are also very nice.jw230998

With the updated app as of May 2019, it is as good as it use to be. I understand the company had some technical issues for a short period of time but the app is back to being as good as always and as reliable as ever!KMF90
Terrible
If i could give this app zero stars i would! New app is an absolute shambles worked the first few days and ever since the updates have came the app wont work at all as soon as you click onto it it shuts down!
I used the old app everyday and now when phoning to get a taxi it rings out for the longest time so much so to the extent of phoning 3 times in a row before getting an answer!
the operators manners are appalling when all your asking them is a general question as to how long your going to wait because of the difficulty try to get threw to speak to someone! My family and i have been loyal customers to this company for over 15 years so to say im let down is an understatement!!
I understand that with the update of an app it is trial and error but you must have a serious drop in the amount of jobs you get now due to the amount of people who want to pay by card!

Utter crap app
Terrible application. Does not open at all. As a regular who never s carries cash I have since moved to another company who have a functioning app. Drivers must be seeing a drop in numbers from regulars moving elsewhere.Nosy Parker
