Will stop working on you
This app stopped working and it wont even let me add the feeder. Now i have just an expensive bowl. Don’t waste your money on this and if you already did run to return it.

APP STOPPED WORKING
I’ve had this unit since 7/26/2020 and it’s worked great..... until today. The app will not allow me to sign in so I can change feeding settings. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app. No luck. Tried unplugging the unit and removing the batteries and waited for a few minutes to plug it all back in to reset everything. App still is not working. I can push the button on the unit to feed manually. Not sure if it’s feeding as scheduled or not. I have to wait until later when the feeding is scheduled. Wish I could have a number to call for assistance but I can find nothing. Fix the app please.

It won’t let me enter a password to register with the app.

It was working fine but now it won’t go past the log in screen.

Unit refuses to access the router even though I do everything it said to. I’ve tried over 20 times and it’s pretty much just an expensive bowl at the moment.

The new update solve all the problems.

Can’t even log in
My feeder requires the app for programming, but after I register my email and try to log in, it does nothing. I’m stuck at the login screen, locked out of all functions, and left with a normal cat bowl. Boo.
