APP STOPPED WORKING
I’ve had this unit since 7/26/2020 and it’s worked great..... until today. The app will not allow me to sign in so I can change feeding settings. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app. No luck. Tried unplugging the unit and removing the batteries and waited for a few minutes to plug it all back in to reset everything. App still is not working. I can push the button on the unit to feed manually. Not sure if it’s feeding as scheduled or not. I have to wait until later when the feeding is scheduled. Wish I could have a number to call for assistance but I can find nothing. Fix the app please.Ftickler1

Can’t even log in
My feeder requires the app for programming, but after I register my email and try to log in, it does nothing. I’m stuck at the login screen, locked out of all functions, and left with a normal cat bowl. Boo.disco de novo
Stops feeding
Worked fine for a bit. Now it will only feed my cat 2 meals before it stops going with the schedule but continues to show fed on the schedule. After being unpaired and then repaired it will feed two meals and stop again. When I go to manual feed, the time stamp is always off as well. Please fix this!Funky fix. Bjgfcvbbh
