Currently, automatic background removal isn't a feature available in our app. However, you can easily crop the image before uploading it, a step many users find satisfactory. App said 3-day Free Trial
I downloaded this app on 2/25/23 and chose the year subscription because it said there was a 3-day Free trial. Once in the app I noticed there was no option to create a My folder, and the options available were minimal. When you uploaded an image of your art and entered the width, it covered the screen and wasn’t sized correctly. I canceled 10 minutes after what I thought was a “trial,” which is incorrect. My card showed a $42.79 charge. I emailed for feedback and the developer said there was a glitch for the free trial, which they corrected.

My card showed a $42.79 charge. If you offer a 3-day trial, then you charge after that time, and if the customer didn’t cancel, not beforehand. I emailed for feedback requesting a refund!!

Hi Annelily, we have free trial for Yearly subscription, you can cancel before you are charged. Hope you will try and after that will give a fair constructive review. So sad that you rushed to give a bad review even before trying the app
Where do I start??
2. Selected art should stay up and let me see it in any room I want without having to reselect it each time.
3. Why can I not see the entire room until I save it and then have to look in my photos. I am using my phone which might affect this but every other insitu app I’ve used on my phone does not do this . I want to see the entire room when choosing where to place art. This is a no brainer.
4. Please get rid of the hideous pumpkin in the small kitchen room
5. I can’t believe I have this app for a year, having said that your rooms themselves are really beautiful. You just need to fix these issues if you want serious artists to use this app. Issues 2 & 3 make using your app so time wasting.

For 3, just turn your phone to horizontal mode to see the entire room. For other points, we are working on some of them
