Good Camera System TERRIBLE APP!
Please fix the app asap! Tried all your suggestions to get push notification ( which just stopped working) and nothing solves problem! Throughly FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
Recording issues
I am constantly having issues. It will show that there’s recorded movement but when I go into the app to view it says nothing is found. This is a big issue for me especially since I just had a package stolen off my porch and it’s not showing my playback.

I love this security system, at first it looked intimidating, but I enjoyed installing it, it was working great until I turned off the siren for a beeping noise, now when I get a alarm message and click on it, I see a blank photo icon list of my alarms but when I click on the blank I still view my video, haven’t been able to clear this up

Absolute crap
It at least worked before update , live preview works okish but playback hangs at 90% buffer after to swipes.
Also it loses connection so have to restart. The actual CCTV System is great but it’s like saying I have Volkswagen Gt it’s very quiet but I’m waiting for the Engine to arrive.

How come you removing the bad reviews from Apple store? Are you paying for that??? Apart from the poor app when you need to press one time, after second time to get online, when many functions doesn't work, now the alarm messages getting failed to play, why??? So disappointed in Yescamo products!!! Definitely in the future I will look for more reliable brands in UK!!!

Update broken
New version doesn't let you access camera settings - just buffers constantly. Cant turn on camera notifications any more.

It’s a good app when they stop charging it, the new update is rubbish these no alarm to put on it has disappeared n the smart mode don’t stay on pls put the old update back on it was so much better like that

Ok, but slow. Missing functionality
This app is okay but very slow. For instance in playback it takes long time to retrieve videos. Then when changing the time of interested itt takes again a long time before playing again. Actually why even stopping, when moving the cursor too a new time the video should resume automatically without waiting for the user to press play again. There is also no way to increase the play speed when using their own NVR.
I also like to see a way to enable push warnings per camera. I have 5 cameras but I only want to see the alarm pushed for one of them, not all five.
I hope they improved this app.

Poor App
Yes I find the app a waste of time
The cameras I set up no problem. I have the unit connected to the TV for access to the settings
Motion detection useless when it goes off and on your phone you cannot replay video. What a shame
