SO MANY ISSUES
It’s been a dreadful experience.
I’d return my Hub 2 but I held out for Switchbot promise for great Matter integration but instead got a half baked device with the bare minimum of effort.
So sad that the industry continues to suffer from greed and laziness that Switchbot holds so dear to its heart.
Don’t buy Switchbot unless you want to tech support everyday.
