Can’t comment on the other SwitchBot products but for temperature it’s amazing. Just works, the screen is not taken up by features you have to pay for. So you’re not pointlessly pressing on screen taking you to features you don’t have access to.

Unbelievably buggy
Unbelievably buggy. Don't have the patience or the time to explain every little thing in detail but I've spent over the past couple years and currently the past few weeks trying to fix their NON CONNECTING devices. Constant drops, disengaging from the cloud, etc. Random issues pop up out of nowhere creating hidden automation issues.
Most recent issue is correct data transfer to SmartThings. The temperature is messed up as it's forced into Celsius yet is RETAINS the "F" symbol therefore messing up automations. Then after repeatedly messaging them and convincing them that there is a problem with repeatedly submitted proof screenshots, their solution then incorrectly added 400 degrees to all the temperature devices readings. 🤦🏻♀️
BTW: they are all accurate within the SwitchBot app, Alexa and Google home.

Annoying notifications
They treat your phone as a billboard and hit you up with promotional ads. Not cool for something which has an important purpose like this.
