Non-functional
I can't work my equipment because app doesn't work! Augh!
Update
Not good many glitches on finding the device if the app is already open it freezes into a new light blue screen. Alarm is not working if depresssd turns off sound features and no alarm. Wish I could revert made a good app bad
Works but I don’t like the geolocation is a must
It works well for me and for life beauty and life balance 2.1 I use.
I don’t like you can’t use an app with geolocation tracking, doesn’t feel safe.

“Upgrade” was a downgrade
After a most recent upgrade, the app started to glitch and additional paid complexes are not working. The message is that the page cannot be downloaded… the search bar is also not working, the playlist cannot be played. What is going on with this app?! Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn’t work. Terrible!

Questionable all together
For a company that claims to offer healing through radio frequencies, you’d think having a fully functional, non-glitching app should be a breeze. If we can’t get the app to work properly, how can we be confident that the frequencies are working or set up properly? Take it on trust after spending 3k on a system? Asking for a friend.

App is frozen and the programs do not run
After working for just a month, programs stopped running altogether. At the start of the program the screen is freezing and is not communicating with the device. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn’t work, resetting all features did not work either. No information in trouble shooting anywhere. Tech support is unavailable for a live conversation.
