Mostly Good
The app makes it easy to catch up on the latest news and see the upcoming schedule/buy tickets. Haven’t had any issues of freezing mentioned in other reviews.
The only issue that’s frustrating is that even when purchasing tickets through the app (which are actually purchased through Ticketmaster), I can’t access my tickets on the app. It prompts to link my Ticketmaster account, but won’t allow me to actually link it/sign into it and the app shows that I have no tickets purchased. Still have to go through the Ticketmaster app/site to access them.Show lessCatZ407
App never opens
App never opens even after downloading and redownloading it. Nothing I do works. This app finally had an update and DID NOT address this main issue. If I could give it no star review I would. Get it together whoever is in charge of this app.joyesluus

Absolutely Awful
The app is awful. When it bothers to actually open you have to log out and back in every time you use it. And the support isn’t any better. Can we please go back to a season pass and paper tickets. At least that’s reliable.Lightly1

Functional, thorough, and informative
I appreciate this app. It’s one of the better professional team apps out there. I like how you can see the tickets and add them to wallet. The rewards system is a cool aspect and I hope to engage it. Keep up the good work!Prince Ali 07

Worst app I’ve ever had
The app glitches and crashes when it even opens at all. Midway through the 2022 season I deleted the app from my phone because it wouldn’t even load—just a spinning circle. I thought I’d try reinstalling it for the 2023 season and see they haven’t done an update in 7 months and I still just get the spinning circle. There are less frustrating ways to see lineups, news, etc.Show lessmbolander

Don’t listen to the people who hate it because they are probably fake fans who only support Orlando half way but the true fans don’t care if the app is a bit glitchyNixwolf21👍
