Too slow and too glitchy
Not sure why NCAA switches from espn to this app for live streaming. ESPN so much more smoother and easier to access live streaming with no buffering. I can barely even see the matches being played. Score updating also not as fast as rival apps like TNNS or SofaScore.

It is difficult to watch some of the matches when they are not showing the scoreboard. It is very frustrating.

Bracket not working
I like the idea of this app- it’s a little busy and not super user friendly but the more I use it, I do like it. I filled out a bracket for the Miami open and now I can’t access the bracket. It just spins when I try to access it.

Hey there, thanks for the feedback! We apologize for the issues with Bracket Battle...we had to make a few adjustments on our end but it is back up and working now, so you are able to view your bracket!
Cannot see the mens bracket to play the bracket challenge
Love the app however I cannot see or view the mens bracket to play the bracket challenge. I have the women’s bracket filled out but the men’s will not load. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but the men’s bracket still will not load. I’m in a pool and this will cause me to loose $100. Very disappointing

Hey Bill, so sorry for your experience. Our Bracket Battle game did crash for all users due to heavy traffic load and took us a bit of time to get back online. We've got it back now, and hope you'll give it another try for future tournaments. Glad to hear you enjoy using the app overall!
