I just downloaded the app about 3 days ago. Paid 3 of my children’s fees great. No emailed receipt but it did go through. My other two it keeps crashing and saying oops something when wrong and logs me out. Every time!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve reinstalled the app I’ve reset my phone nothing works.

Don’t waste your time taking up space on your phone for this app because it doesn’t even work. I’ve restarted my phone, gone out of the app & back in, and it won’t let me pay for the things in my cart. Gives me an error message every single time and then logs you out!
Nope!
I was advised that once I pay the fee, that would cover the entire year. I got the fee again. Why???? It’s extremely slow and takes forever to load.
Crashes Every Time
This app has never worked for me. It crashes every time I use it. Guess I’ll be going to the website for all of my kids school payments. Thanks for nothing.

I downloaded the APP, but it won’t even open. As soon as it does I get “Try Again” I cant even select my state let alone my son’s school. The website was no better. And the school wants to limit paper transactions. Very frustrating!!!
MDPS not available?
Miami Dade Public schools are not part of their list to choose from.. really??! I can’t pay online via website because it crashes and via app not an option! My daughter better not get in trouble for this! 😠😤
Crashes!!! Problems, Problems, Problems!!
Most of the time, won’t even log in. If you happen to get in, crashes when you go to check out or asks you to try again, then logs out! Should be able to added different students/schools to one transaction. Have to end up going online to website to do all transactions. Wanted this to work, since more convenient to make online payments and both of my children’s schools prefer online payments.

Can only add one school which doesn’t help when you have two kids. Will not allow me to update billing and pay for my purchases.
