It won’t checkout
Very frustrating. You spend time doing an order. It says you’re logged out. You try to log in it won’t let you! Waste of time. Kibsons you are slowly increasing tour prices. Spend some money on sorting out your app
Smooth and easy
I much enjoy this shopping experience. The app is super intuitive and easy to use. The produce is always premium and I never not receive what i ordered.

By far the best quality food and service of most online delivery in uae.
I have been using most of the large chain Hypermarket’s, and this by far beats them all.
And here are few reasons why:
- fresh produce with amazing quality and taste without breaking the bank.
The only delivery I have used of which I do not need to worry about anything coming that is not usable instantly and of best quality.
- price Vs quality check
- you pay for what gets delivered only ( a huge problem I faced with Hypermarket’s delivery derive is that they would charge my card before the delivery and soooooo many times they have to return money to my card cause some item/s is out of stock.
- huge variety of organic produce and products
- not your typical Hypermarket list of products and that actually works of advantage. I totally enjoy having 2 brands of let’s say olive oil that are great . Compared to other services where you have 30 and the good ones get to be buried away from user in favor of pushing cheaper “promo” product.
- their delivery boxes are just amazing cardboard that keeps everything in place and NOO PLASTIC.
I just wish those huge boxes can be reused or returned to Kibsons.

App doesn’t work on my iPad.
Login isn’t possible. It says it’s sent me a password reset email, but the email is not in inbox or in junk.

Won’t open. Constantly crashing.
I tried to use your app support function before leaving a bad review but it’s not working either.
The app is constantly crashing without opening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times. I have tried on mobile data and on WiFi. Nothing. This was working reasonably well for me prior to this issue. I did have a problem with a few items being deleted out of my basket without telling me which was very annoying though.
I love the availability of an app for ordering from you though and once this is running smoothly, it will be a great additional function for your service that makes it easy to order things when on the go.

GREAT, CONVENIENT, VEGAN OPTIONS TOO!
So happy with my first time using Kibsons, really easy to use app and they even have a vegan section which is hard to come by in Dubai!
Option to pay cash or online too which is super handy! No complaints here and no issues as stated below with apps crashing..

Great service, horrible app
At this point I’m hoping someone at kibsons realizes they need to actually fire whoever developed this app and pay a little extra for a proper app. It’s been a while since I’ve seen an app with this many bugs. Please tell me no one actually got paid for this, with real money! If you bartered a box of over ripened bananas for this I would understand, it would make sense to me!

Crash
I’ve just downloaded the app and couldn’t even login. Every time I try to login, the app crashes.
Crashes at checkout
Every time I complete an order and try to check out it crashes and won’t let me finalise the order, add an address or select an address.
Impossible to complete the order without the address. Annoying when you’ve spent so long adding all the items to the basket.
