Very bad experience with Instashop customer service
Very bad experience with both Zahran and instashop customer service. I received my order missing one item, that was paid for in the receipt. I sent three messages to the shop through the app, called both instashop and Zahran customer service to either get the item delivered or get refunded, and sent a complaint to instashop via the app, but nothing happened. It had been 3 days trying to fix this problem. I won’t be wasting my time ordering from this app again.Show lessDeveloper Response

I love being able to do get my groceries online and having a lot of supermarkets in only one app. However, I really dislike that products on InstaShop seem available and then, after you’ve submitted your order, you are told they aren’t available or they don’t have the quantity you need. Isn’t it possible to just advertise products they are actually available? I feel like things are false advertised and I’m being deceived as client. I do know they offer replacements, but sometimes they’re not exactly what I need, I just want to be able to shop for what I want.Show lessDeveloper Response

The lack of restrictions for vendors to manage their inventory will leave you with a steady realization that vendors don’t submit or update the out of stock inventory, rather sit and wait, get the notification that it’s missing, putting alternatives, discover there’s a limited stock, and choose other alternatives, it’s a cycle that never ends with positive feelings, it used to be very rare, now the most basic items or regular promoted items are unavailable not stated clearly, but after you decide to place the order ,Show lessDeveloper Response
