Very bad experience with Instashop customer service
Very bad experience with both Zahran and instashop customer service. I received my order missing one item, that was paid for in the receipt. I sent three messages to the shop through the app, called both instashop and Zahran customer service to either get the item delivered or get refunded, and sent a complaint to instashop via the app, but nothing happened. It had been 3 days trying to fix this problem. I wonโt be wasting my time ordering from this app again.Show lessOelsheniti

I love being able to do get my groceries online and having a lot of supermarkets in only one app. However, I really dislike that products on InstaShop seem available and then, after youโve submitted your order, you are told they arenโt available or they donโt have the quantity you need. Isnโt it possible to just advertise products they are actually available? I feel like things are false advertised and Iโm being deceived as client. I do know they offer replacements, but sometimes theyโre not exactly what I need, I just want to be able to shop for what I want.Show lessCA3311

The lack of restrictions for vendors to manage their inventory will leave you with a steady realization that vendors donโt submit or update the out of stock inventory, rather sit and wait, get the notification that itโs missing, putting alternatives, discover thereโs a limited stock, and choose other alternatives, itโs a cycle that never ends with positive feelings, it used to be very rare, now the most basic items or regular promoted items are unavailable not stated clearly, but after you decide to place the order ,Show lessLeonardoUAE

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App a dozen times over the past three weeks to one month. I have emailed technical support and still App refuses to open shops !!! Home page accessible, list of shops accessible (Pharmacies, Supermarkets etc.) but try to access any of the shops, that is impossible ! Itโs a shame really I have been using the App for like a couple of years now and it was truly a life savor at times plus customer service were always promptly following up on complaints itโs a real pity to not be able to use that App anymore !!!Show lessmsmoooo333

The estimated delivery time is far from true in Abu Dhabi.
45 min order took 3 hours, and this has happened every time I use the app.
It took more than an hour to get to their customer service, and that was after I lost my temper and sent approximately 15 consecutive complaint messages asking to call me immediately.

Supermarket usually OUT OF STOCK/they donโt care to update their stock count
Good app, very useful most of the time when the items I ordered are actually in stock. Because many many times you spend a lot of time finding all the items you want in one shop, and then you get substitution requests for most of the order! Like whats the point if supermarkets, even pharmacies and beauty shops donโt care to update their stock on the app? This is really the one big drawback of instashop.Show lessaelsak
Pointless app for Egypt
This app does not provide the service it claims. Nothing is ever delivered on time. It does not help you whatsoever, the point of this app is to provide you with a service in which your order arrives quickly and effortlessly, but all it does is cause you to wait for hours for an order when you could have gone and done it yourself. The information you receive during complaints are all false- being told a driver is minutes away, only for you to wait hours. Shame.Show lesslarahuneidi
Horrible experience lately
I am not sure how this company received such a high rating. My personal experience has been horrible and my judgment is not from one time incident. It is the same problem over and over.
You place an order, InstaShop stating the the order is picked up and the expected time of delivery is after 45 min for example. then your check after 1 hour or so and nothing is delivered. You call the merchant , then the merchant states that InstaShop driver has never showed up yet.
You raise a complaint with InstaShop they call u after the product is delivered late to tell u sorry sorry. It will not happen again.
Well, so far 3 consecutive times with me. Countless with my wife who used to order everything for the family from InstaShop.
I will never order and actually deleting this app.Show lessmazeneg
