Horrible Maid service
Booked 2 maids for 2 hours. Got 1 maid for an hour and all she did is call the driver / second maid and keep asking me if they can get a third maid and finish early. I finally had to ask her to leave because she wasnโt cleaning properly just moving things haphazardly while calling driver and other maids. The other maids never showed up. Iโve paid for 4 hours and barely had one hour. In addition they made me repeat story to customer service then said very sorry you have to speak to another department to get a refund and put me on hold for so long the phone died.Show less(Pixie)

I was skeptical but everything ran smoothly. I was called to set the delivery time and I was called again to be told things were out of stock. Good quality products were delivered. I will this app again.Caniza
Poor maid service... but great delivery from stores
Started using instashop recently and was very impressed with the delivery service of the shops. It proved to be very convenient and efficient. In light of this, I tried out the maid service but was very disappointed. The maid worked slowly and poorly. It was as though she did not even clean after 3 hours. Horrible service. Do not use.
You will be sorely disappointed with them. Deliveries are almost always late. Wrong products are delivered. They have no respect for you as a customer to call ahead of time and make you aware of products that are out of stock. They donโt let you know if they will arrive late. They completely waste your time by making you wait a long time for something that was promised to arrive much earlier. Delivery time is 120 minutes. Horrible service. Will never use this app again. Terrible Customer Service & Delivery Time
I've used this app for a prolonged period of time. At first they were great then the service started to deteriorate very fast! Deliveries are always late take more than 1 hour and in some cases more than 2 then the products received are wrong! Very poor customer service that keep promising improvements without any actions to back it up! I recommend using this app if you need to stress a lot about getting an order of groceries at a very critical time; be sure you NEVER EVER WILL GET YOUR ORDER ON TIME... Best thing to do is delete the App and go grocery shopping.Show lessSheiraaaaaaa
