It’s a very good app
The reason I rate it 4 starts and not 5 is because the replacements The reason I rate it 4 stars and not 5 is because the replacements . When it tells u the product is not there it asks u to replace it and the selection it gives u to replace isn’t big enough, for an example I might be getting food for my dog and I choose one he knows and enjoys but then I have to pick from the replacements which are only like 5 ,but originally there is 10 and they don’t include them. And he doesn’t like any of the replacements they choose . I don’t like that if after only 10 mins I don’t choose a replacement it will choose for me . The pros Something I love that the apps has a big selection it has bakeries to buy from supermarkets pet shops , food places . The prices are the same as if u were buying it directly delivery isn’t so expensive .Overall the app has more pros than cons I recommend getting it .Show lessawfullllo

Easy to use
Easy to you but the vendors forget to update thier stock. I think InstaShop should push them to update. Other than that, great app.

Better App
I use Instacart when I order for my mom in the States and it is not as good as InstaShop. This app is designed for ease of use. Instacart is worth 2 Billion USD and InstaShop is worth 360 million at present. Those numbers need to be switched around. It takes me an hour to do a full order of groceries on the Instacart app on my iPhone (what I can do in ten minutes on my phone).Show lessMandyintheSandy
Keeps taking 1aed and not refunding
I thought I found a good and convenient app to shop from home. When I go ahead to make a purchase it first takes 1aed. I thought this was a precautionary thing to make sure the credit card works and/or has funds or that they were waiting to confirm the shop has the chosen items. The 1aed isn’t deducted from the final amount either it’s an unnecessary fee that is not advertised beforehand. My relative experienced the same thing so it wasn’t just me. Unfortunately this feels very scammy and I will be deleting the app unless the mistake is rectified.
Edit: they refunded the 1aed dirhams. Hope it doesn’t happen again. Changed my rating from 1 star to 4.Show lessIman A.A.

Terrible service. If you contact them regarding an issue they will notify you that it’s resolved without actually replying to your complain or fixing your issue and they don’t honor their offers. great idea and potential, terrible execution
in terms of accuracy regarding the available products, which has really caused me to write a million complaints -just about every single time i try and make an order- it’s unbelievable how many errors could happen through this app.. not sure if it’s the app or the supermarket but it’s probably the updated connection between both that seems to be totally lost and horribly delayed.
the delay is seriously annoying, and after waiting for over an hour it turns out that half of the products are out of stock and absurd lags could take place at the point of substituting the products and this whole process is really chaotic. it’s seriously disappointing because it’s comforting to use but then there’s so much hassle around a simple order and it’s all just messed up over technical errors that should really be handled better.. especially after a thousand complaintsShow lessdoesntfknmatter

What was supposed to be 80 mins , became a 7 hours wait time!!? Such poor customer service. If you need to report an issue, report it & you’ll receive a text stating who’ll handle your case and to show you how much they care. BUT the catch is you’ll continue to wait for a minimum of an hour before anyone gets back to you. & when they do, it’s basically a waste of time as nothing will be resolved. This is my second issue report of the day was was done more than an hour ago & I’m yet to get any call back, and I don’t think they’ll be answering as they just gave me 8 AED points in my InstaPoints for an order worth around 200 DHS… Don’t waste your time on this APP.Show lessSA - Reviews

Currently it is impossible to see full product description.
Orders appear in basket of individual stores which can prove difficult to trace at times, and if I order several products from different vendors, they do not appear in one single basket.Scope guy

Very efficient … always alert to ones missing items and always giving options for replacement. Wide variety of markets which is good enough to b able to find all that we need.Myhinesss
