  • Application is good, customer service is bad

    I use this application on a daily basis for a lot of different needs and of course there have been a few mishaps. The customer service representatives will call directly and also email when needed but unfortunately dealing with them has not been good. Always making the customer to be wrong when it is the market’s error or when the market will charge more on produce than what it requested. I find great use in the application but dread dealing with their customer service.

  • Wrong products

    Have been trying instashop for 4 times so far and in each of them I received wrong products abd when I send email they reply back stating they are unable to reach me and I can contact them via mail . And we stayed in that loop sending email and they just reply with the common automated mail
    Last order found a product added and deducted its cost without receiving it

  • Promotions,points,plastic bags,tips

    Would be great to see separately the items on sale at grocery shops.
    Would be great to collect points like customer can collect points on the shop’s own app, f.e. Carrefoure app /Carrefoure point
    Would be great not to get a lot of plastic bags with the orders and see that shops try to be more environment friendly.
    Would be great to have the possibility to give tip to the delivery person via the app at grocery shops. Since COVID we do not have coins/cash as before to give them tip.

  • Inconsistent

    I’ve ordered many times and every single time I have to make a substitutions or the item is out of stock bc the inventory is not updated. They usually try to rectify but there needs to be improvements. It’s such a great concept but the platform needs improvement and and a way for stores to update their inventory. I don’t trust the rave reviews. I have ordered a dozen times and most orders, I end up with more frustration than it’s worth. I deleted the app today.
    Don’t pay with credit card Bc most likely half your items won’t be available- better cash. GOOD LUCK

  • Lousy customer support

    They don’t have any control over the stores. Items are cancelled or wrongly received. Despite several promises, problems were not corrected. Fancy interface, fancy agents, yet ... no actions are taken.
  • Excellent but need more variety

    More product variety & substitutes plz. You need to work in expanding your database of available products.
  • Rubbish DO NOT USE

    Made an order that said 60 min deliver. 140 mins later, supermarket finally answered and said they r not sure. Finally customer service called me and are finally trying to figure it out. First and last time i order from instastop. How on earth did this company sell for $360 million?? Someone hustled and someone got ripppppped offffff. Terrible and pathetic

  • Excellent customer service follow up!

    I love using this app. Not only is it convenient, but the customer service, when something doesn’t arrive on time or is inaccurate, is excellent!!! They give you a call and actively work with the shop to resolve your issue and they very obviously have been trained well on how to handle customer complaints. This company should serve as an example to many other companies on how to do customer service right!!! For this reason, I will keep using the app and continue to support them with my business.

  • Favorite app

    Best app that provides daily needs either you or your pets very quick delivery i had my chocolate melt and they give me back my money or choose to order again for free 👍🏻 i order my stuff daily from this app
