  • Worse experience ever

    Orders never coming. And if you receive an order, it’s either late 2 extra hours or wrong items. There is no even a contact center where you can communicate with any representative and know the status of your oder. You just receive that your order is on the way. Really bad app and wish I haven’t relied on it at all and went by myself to the store and collected my things.

  • Out of stock

    I see things marked out of stock, but it seems almost every time I order, I get a notification that something that I’ve ordered that wasn’t marked out of stock is. I have to end up replacing or canceling my order. It should be marked out of stock like the other products that are. My not be the apps issue.

  • Wonderful app

    Love ordering from your app, you have saved me many unnecessary calls. Just one request, if u can please open up all the app again when there is something missing that would be great, cause sometimes the recommendations arent very accurate, other than that 5 stars!

    In the last 2 orders there were a lot of mistakes, I am giving last chance To Instashop from a different shop may be the problem was in the shop
  • Great customer service, poor accuracy on timing

    Every time I have ordered through the app, my purchases are almost always an hour past my scheduled delivery time. Customer service has been great every time but when the store does not even send my delivery out until well past the delivery time, it’s hard to continuously have faith in the company
  • Super service

    More vendors should sign up for InstaShop. This is one of my only way to shops when life gets busy...and InstaShop customer service is always responsive of here’s an issue. Thanks for making my life easier!
  • Your convenient stores in the palm of your hand

    InstaShop is as good as the shops that they are dealing with . As an application it’s convenient to order your small groceries without the hassle of calling the shop directly at anytime and wherever their is an internet connection ,that’s excellent however their is always the shop itself and their services , some of them are cool and minimum mistakes and some of them are long delays and a lot of mistake and confusion , it’s up to the user to pick and choose from which shop to buy .

    Overall , I am very pleased with this application , using it daily .

    One more thing , InstaShop gives points (lira) that can save you at the end of the month when you are very short on cash and you need a to buy cig and Diet Pepsi 😅😅

  • Cash on delivery is better

    I have had several incidents where I chose to charge my card and when the shop delivery arrives they say they didn’t get a payment. I then call insta shop and ask and they insist the payment was made despite me not receiving an sms from the bank.
  • New way to shop in Cairo

    This app is very convenient when you want to order and prefer to see what you’re getting instead of guessing over the phone. Only problem is right now only Metro Markets is participating - they should add more stores.
  • Good prospects so far in Egypt

    Had a good first experience using the app, instantly informed through the app of the unavailable products and prompted to choose replacements or cancel. Also, good follow up from the market personnels and delivery person. The delivery time would have been better but was delayed due to traffic issues, and I was informed of the possible delay in due time.
    Needs to include more markets and services in my area (Alexandria, Egypt) for a wider variety of products and price ranges. So far is good but can be better.
