They need to create more things like allowing people to review each restaurants to know if that restaurant is good or no. They should share the number of the restaurants as well. I would like to tip the drivers for their good job too but I can’t do that on the application. More restaurants should be added and we should have the ability to report any restaurants that is not doing a good job.Show lessZ.A.I.D
Worse customer care ever
It’s not my first time encountering issues with their customer service line but today was something else honestly. I’ve been waiting for over an hour for an order and kept trying to call the customer service line and it wouldn’t even go through number one. Number two I had already paid for my order (116﷼), then all of a sudden my order got cancelled? You’re kidding me honestly! Then to my surprise instead of them refunding me my money back to my card they gave me 100 ﷼ credit in my jahez wallet, for what? Not to lose a customer? Honestly never ordering from them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this app. Use any other app to order food or better yet walk to the place you want to order from, anything would be better than Jahez. Don’t download if you value customer service
I wanted to start using Jahez recently and it was a BIG mistake. The lack of customer service is so infuriating. My food came and the chicken was not cooked well and I wanted to complain but the only option was to call??? It is 2023 and technology is very advanced so I don’t understand why chat is not available. I messaged them on Instagram regarding this issue because I don’t think the matter is urgent enough for a phone call and it was late, and they told me they will respond once the restaurant has replied to them and I got NO reply. I followed up and they did not answer. So ridiculous. If you value customer service just pay the extra fees in other apps because it is not worth it when you have a problem with your food and no easy way to contact themShow lesssarahhhh123456
