  • Fail to meet expectations

    The concept behind the app is good, however, in real life it fails to meet the needs of the customers. Items that are unavailable are not marked so when you place an order you get updates to find replacement items. The other issue is the delivery. They estimate a delivery time, but can’t commit to it. Give them an extra 15-20 minutes when ordering as they are never on time.
    The customer service guys follow up if you place a complaint or wish to cancel an order that’s been delayed. They are not problem solvers rather chatty men who just want to hear their own voices rather than solve the problem. If they bother to call the least they should do is offer to reimburse the delivery fee whenever there are issues with the items or delivery time.
    Still a long way to go to meet what this app set out to achieve!

  • Best application ever

    This is the best application for groceries, its easy and fast and it gave you the option to choose alternative for the missing product, love it 👍🏼
  • Worst app, you will never get anything on time

    It’s the worst app ever, nothing will be delivered on time. After every incident I promise to myself that I won’t order again but then after few weeks I try again just because I thought may be their service has improved but every time same mistakes. Their customer support is even worst, they won’t give you any update.

  • Just Brilliant!

    I’ve been using InstaShop from the beginning of 2020, I fell in love with the app the second I started using it.. And I did even more after the COVID-19 outbreak because it allowed me to do all my shopping from the comfort of my own home! Highly recommended!
  • Unreliable

    I downloaded this app and tried to get some groceries from a local market to avoid having to go out. I immediately regretted it, there were only two options in my entire city and the store we tried to order from were so rude and tried to force us to pay in cash even though we had selected the card option on the app. Next time I will just use Gourmet or go to a different market myself.

  • Great app..one small problem

    This app is incredible, it is exactly what we need at a time like this, it’s like walking through a supermarket, but digitally. The only inherent problem I have with this app is the “replacement” part of it. For example, I tried to order shredded mozzarella, a notification popped up that they didn’t have the exact brand I wanted, instead of giving me the other brands of mozzarella to choose from, they offered me a replacement of kraft cheese, milk, and cheddar cheese. Another example is if i wanted to buy a big bag of plain lays chips, and they don’t have the big bag, instead of offering the smaller bags of plain lays chips as a replacement, I get 10 other flavors of chips and a croissant as a replacement. Please make it that you can pick what you want as a replacement instead of getting options picked for you. Thank you.

  • So buggy

    The app has so many bugs let alone features that should be expected to be there but are missing. The most annoying issue is messaging when you send a request and it’s assigned to customer service you get a push notif telling you the issue is resolved that leads to nowhere. You tap it and it takes you to the home of the app. It doesn’t live anywhere in the app. So message center nothing. You don’t even get an email for it. Ugh.

  • App doesn’t work anymore

    It either keeps loading forever and I get messages like “this is taking longer than usual” and “something weird is going on...” or it crashes on start up.
  • Best online grocery delivery in Dubai

    In such hard times amidst the coronavirus pandemic, Intsashop has done amazing. There are always late orders here and there but that fact that they always deliver on the same day and are so efficient makes them the top delivery company in dubai. I only wish they had more supermarkets such as Spinneys!

  • Excellent and crucial app!

    InstaShop is a very crucial app especially for people who live alone. It solved a really big problem and made my life a lot easier!
    Also it’s handling the current pandemic and grocery situation VERY well. Keep it up!
