Keyboard issue
I had the same issue on Apple iPhone, can not hit verify account because keyboard is in the way.
Worst app ever
I have used this app for many many years. Over the years it has gotten worse. Now it won’t let me sign in the way I’ve been signing in for YEARS and there is no work around. The app allows me to enter in my user id and when it brings me to the password screen it disappears when I need to go to the entrust app the copy the code to paste it in the app! So frustrating. We need to update this app. Not working with the new technology now a days

Not able to remove keypad on sign in page
After entering access code , not able to remove keypad which cover up the “ verify account “ tab in order to continue with the sign in process.
Account verification
I can’t click the verify account button because the number pad won’t hide and I tried removing the app and rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app. Still won’t work after last update. Worked fine before. My coworker had no issues with account verification
Can't log in
Will let me type my company code but won't scroll so I can hit verify. I've had nothing but issues with this app from day 1.
Log In Issue
The numeric keypad will not go down once you enter verification code so you can go to next step
Poor Sign In Screen
This application demands I change my password more than any other system I utilize. Regardless, from the application, it WILL NOT let you scroll down to the “Confirm Password” Field. Per example, I cannot access my schedule this morning because it’s demanding I change my password and then doesn’t let me.

IT DOES WORK
works perfectly fine on my iPhone. No more guessing if I am off or not.
Finally!!!!! Don’t have to print my schedule.
