GARBAGE!! SCAM!! AWFUL!!
This is the WORST app to invest in real estate. I have close to $1000 invested and last month (September) I got a miserable $0.92 in dividends! Yes, LESS THAN A DOLLAR. I tried to sell my shares and of course you get zero offers even when you try to sell them at a loss. Now, I have been waiting for almost a month to get my money out of their “lend” program and all I get are excuses after excuses as to why is still in “pending funds” status. Don’t believe me it’s a scam?? Do a google search for “BBB Landa real estate” and you’ll see for yourself. And of course the phone number on their website is just a recording. There is NO WAY to speak to a human. AVOID THIS APP/COMPANY like the plague!! Don’t say you weren’t warned!!
Now the “developer” all of a sudden wants to assist me with this?? When they NEVER answer the phone,, when they take FOREVER to reply to my emails,, or worse,, when they are now simply paying me ZERO dividends and they are STILL “processing” my money. How about you just give me my money back and stop giving me excuses after excuses!
