Doesn’t pick up simple Spanish well
I just updated the app, and I’m speaking very elementary Spanish and it is messing up the words or translations, where as the translator app on iPhone does a better job picking up the dialect and language. I do speak Russian and will test that out next to see how it doesSamoansuli808
App Crashes Immediately
App won’t open, only blinks and then crashes. This wasn’t a cheap device to purchase and I expect it to work properly or you can refund me my money. I’ll give it 30 days and I’ll be contacting your support for a return. As will my family members.Zubi Palace

Good product but has one technical problem
The volume, translation are good but one problem was the switching back and forth between the 2 languages translated which doesn’t work at all.aujwajanaian

I purchased the CheetahTALK device for $100.00 so that I could talk to a friend of mine that speaks Mandarin. Out of the 7 times I tried to use it, all I got was a message saying “translation unavailable, try again later.” What good is a translation app if it never works.6962847532aP

We received in the mail what appears to be a fraud letter in the mail that offers 170.00 amazon credit for writing or rewriting what they said was a bad review.
It ask you to scan a code
