Better than reported
Not sure why anyone has a problem with support. I did not immediately realize one did not have to bounce back and forth with language options. My question was answered in hours. One other issue regarding exchange resulted in a great response.
I wish that the connect message would change. I seldom use with a phone. I primarily use with a 5th generation iPad mini. The primary issue is that there are no instructions. Don’t delete the cache-you’ll lose the ability to simple speak a recorded phrase. Tapping again will call up speech, but it is a pain.Show lessLloyd1981
Volume issue
It works but very frustrating because the volume will not stay where I put it. It keeps lowering on its own.shrimpy113

Simple and convenient
Purchased for my Chinese parents who lives in California. As a app connecting separate device, it’s easy to be using to translate for all of the important occurrences of essential cross communication on their daily life, or traveling overseas.asteoboy10
Great Translator
The program works as it should. The only thing I would say, is that it’s a little slow in the translation, but that may not be the program as it is your service. The Application is very easy to use and selecting the language of choice.
You don’t have to change the language when the other person is speaking to you, it knows to translate it into your main language.Show lessskymaker
