Excellent customer care
I had ordered some food on the app when my nephew picked up the order and brought it to me i realize that they had only put one package of pita and I ordered three they came and delivered the pita to me even though they don’t deliver I greatly appreciated this effort
Best New Pressed Store!
I was so pleased to learn Pressed opened up in Chelmsford, Ma. I’ve already visited 3 times a just a few weeks. Their coffee drinks, food and customer service are all amazing.
Easy as chicken pie
Before I leave work every day, I use my mobile and order and it’s always ready for me when I get there and done properly

Great restaurant, horrible app. Navigating app is difficult. When you get to check out section, button to finalize checkout never works. End up having to order on their website. This needs to be fixed

I’m solely rating the app. I downloaded it to order for pickup. When it came to checkout, I started having problems.
It doesn’t support Apple Pay and wants me to give them my credit card number and trust them to keep it safe. Ok.
So I opened my password manager and copied my credit card number. (My wife being home bound and wanting one of their salads, I’ll let the credit card company take the risk.)
But their app doesn’t let me paste in the credit card number. It doesn’t give me the option to use Apple’s auto fill or 1PW’s autofill.
That’s it. No pickup order for them.
I’m this day and age the lack of security features is appalling.

Delicious
Food is wholesome and fresh - paninis are tasty and salads are super fresh. Wish they had more desserts, like ice cream and cake!
Locked out
I am unable to login through Facebook or Apple. When trying to reset my password, I am told to login another way. I literally can’t order through their app - which means I will call the local sub shop instead.
Their app needs to handle whatever loop I am caught in.
