Just updated to new version and app crashes when clicking on the 3 lines in upper left hand corner. Please fix.

App was fixed the same day. Thank you for your quick fix. Update to 5 star. Great customer service.

Are there any plans to continuing supporting this app? It has not been updated for over a year and getting charging issues. Sometimes watch will not charge unless I let the battery completely drain. Might need a firmware update. I paid over 800 for this watch and concerned that a reputable watch company has abandoned this watch.

Crash

This app crashes a lot whenever I wanna use it.
When I connect my hybrid watch to use “align my hands” feature, it crashes.
What’s more it can’t connect very well to my hybrid watch like other smartwatches and you should try hard to see a little bit information.
Please fix this app and the hybrid app and make it usable and user friendly for the users.

12.02 is flawed

My watch has not functioned and cannot be paired since the release of this new update.

Wrong time..Horrible

Since i updated the app, i can get my watch at the correct time. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED 😢

App is not working anymore

The app doesn’t work, it doesn’t open like there is a bug, it is impossible to have my watch at the right time bc of it.

App access

Believe it or not, the App does not appear on my screen. They only way I can access the App is when I go to the App Store, search Frederique and open the App that way.

Good App

Thanks for correcting the bug. This is a good app that links to the watch. I just wish there was a better manual on the watch themselves explaining their functions, such as temperature on the FC-285.
