Are there any plans to continuing supporting this app? It has not been updated for over a year and getting charging issues. Sometimes watch will not charge unless I let the battery completely drain. Might need a firmware update. I paid over 800 for this watch and concerned that a reputable watch company has abandoned this watch.

Crash
When I connect my hybrid watch to use “align my hands” feature, it crashes.
What’s more it can’t connect very well to my hybrid watch like other smartwatches and you should try hard to see a little bit information.
Please fix this app and the hybrid app and make it usable and user friendly for the users.
