Donโt waste your money
Have had my watch for 3 years now and have had no end of problems with the watch and the app. Watch has been repaired multiple times and the app only works randomly. Zero support for either. This watch is a complete dud and has cost me way more than the original exorbitant purchase price. Not happy at all ๐

Unfortunately the app is shutting down instantly after opening

Synchronise ne fonctionne pas
Even after following all procedures the Smartwatch does not sync
I cannot seem to get help from Frederique Constant
I was given a Frederique Constant horological smart watch a year ago. For a time it worked well, but then stopped linking with the program on my iphone. I took it in and paid for a new watch battery about month ago from a Frederique Constant certified dealer. It worked for a short time and again linked to the program. Now thereโs a new smart watch program that I tried to download. In doing so my watch has completely stopped and I cannot download the program either. I have tried to contact the company but they simply do not respond. Iโm not happy with the watch nor the smart watch program. I simply would like the Frederique Constant watch company to help me.

Pairs and syncs without issue
Works great but unfortunately Dark mode has been removed (as per previous app for watch). Maybe when iOS 13 is released Dark mode will reappear. Also, still no display for battery power remaining as requested for a new feature more then 6 months ago. The engineering app for watch repairers does have have this facility.

Extend notify support
It is a great watch. It would be more great if you support Telegram and Slack notifications in the notify version.

Love this smart watch that looks nothing more than a beautiful Swiss watch. It does everything we need it to do but more.
When I first got the watch, I had to return it twice, but they instantly sent me a new watch in exchange for the one with issues so they could learn what went wrong. I have had this watch for two years with out an issue. Absolutely love it! Thank you Frederick Constant!
