  • App is non-functional

    Ordered this set and downloaded the app as directed. App does not recognize that the Bluetooth is turned on my iPhone 13 Pro. iPhone continues to scan looking for the thermometer base unit, but does not find it. When turning the app on, and prompted to turn my Bluetooth on which the Bluetooth is on my iPhone, it still does not recognize it. I had high hopes for it; there is no support to get this issue fixed.
  • Works great but no support

    This thermometer performs perfectly for me despite the app not having been updated for 4 years. I don’t like that there is no support - no way to order replacement parts nor contact the maker. The website listed in the App Store is defunct. But it does the job!
  • CloudBBQ thermometer does not work

    My fiancé bought me this cloud BBQ thermometer as a Father’s Day gift. It is now October and it’s the first time I’ve used it it went up to 167° and will not shut off or go up or down. It is just completely locked up. We have no way of getting a hold of them as it’s sold exclusively on Amazon and it was over three months ago. I do not recommend this product.

    Unit works great, very functional. App needs work. That graph is pointless. Can’t zoom in to track time or temp. Please fix this. Otherwise it’s great

    This is, by far, the best grill/meat monitoring system I have used. I do agree that having it available on my Apple Watch.

    App opens and connects immediately! It works perfectly and love the fact that it can monitors ambient temperature!

    Expensive piece of crap ! It will not give real time temperature. Why else would someone need it ??? Support is pretty much non existent. I’m sending it back ! If I could give it negative stars and still except my review I would .
  • Needs to work with watch app too

    The app and thermometer has worked well so far I have one probe that doesn’t work but overall it does well. This app needs to work with watch as well and it’d be perfect.

    Got out of the box; and used the SQR code to get the app. No problem. “Scanning”, is as far as it gets. The batteries are oriented properly. The instructions tell me press and hold the power button for at least 3 seconds to turn the unit on (or “off”, if it is already powered). There is no designated “power” button. Only a “power” logo on the LCD screen. In desperation, I pressed and held it for at least 3 seconds. No good. My phone (iPhone 9) keeps “scanning”, but the unit is never visible on my Bluetooth. Oh, and there’s absolutely no contact information to troubleshoot the unit. Back it goes!
