Games good!
It's to difficult I'm after a low key kinda game not mission impossible. I understand that others want challenging levels but not me. I want to be able to change the difficulty level feels like all my levels are hard. It would also be good to have more spot the difference levels or find the xyz levels

i like this game!… BUT (read on PLS)
my old review deleted :( ….. anyways quick summary of this game, good but deceives you in the ads (its half a whole different game to what it advertises, half what the fun ads show you), hard to earn stars which you use to upgrade your mansion thing, upgrading furniture costs too many stars compared to what you earn, KIND OF a pay to win game and also too much talking from the people in the story, like let me get on with my stuff (but you can also skip the talking, its just kind of annoying for me but either way, way more then needed talking )! but still, this is a fun game compared to other ones ive tried! overall rating: 7.5 / 10 !!!! please try fix these things developers, then this would be my fav game!

Don’t bother!!!!
This could be such a brilliant game but for one HUGE flaw, some of the super hard levels are pretty much impossible to beat. Like the one I’m stuck on, and have been for the last week or so. I have too much to remove in way too few moves, just fifteen in total, and way too few explosives either. In all the time I’ve been stuck on this level I haven’t even come remotely close to beating it!
So, much as I really do love this game, have got quite a good way into it, and hate to do this. Unless we can have plenty of moves, explosives and less to clear in super hard levels it’s game deleted. Why give us levels that are so obviously next to impossible to beat, so we sit stagnating in a game which could be so so much better. Please give us levels we can beat in maybe four to five attempts, instead of ones we will be stuck on for days, weeks or even months. Unless, that is, we throw our own money at the game simply to beat a level you’ve made WAY too hard.
This is such a great game in every other way, it’s just such a shame you developers have made sure the match three element lets it down so badly.

Disappointed
I first played this years ago and then life got in the way and I forgot all about it until recently when I re-downloaded and was disappointed to find that even though the core story is the same the game has completely lost its (in my opinion) unique selling point. I love the collect stars to fix up a mansion games but hate the match 3 gameplay style so when I originally saw this game a few years ago I was so excited to play it and spent hours playing it. Only to re-download it recently and find that the thing I enjoyed so much has disappeared into the background and the game has become the same carbon copy fix up a mansion game that I see advertised constantly. I really wish there was an option to choose which style gameplay you want to play. That way anyone wanting to play just the hidden scenes can do so and anyone that refers the match 3 gameplay doesn't have to play the hidden scenes because that should definitely be possible being as this game started as just being the hidden scene gameplay.

Love This Game, but wish they’d fix the chat box
Playrix has fixed every issue I’d have wanted, except for the super irritating chat box in the iPad app. I really was happy to see the teams added to the line up of improvements. That said, I really hope the chat box gets fixed. I’d give the game 5 stars if that happened. It’s very difficult to type in the chats. Characters, such as an exclamation are often not rejected, causing me to lose all the typing I’d just done. Also, I can only do one message per session. If I want to do more, I have to literally shut down the whole app, then recenter. Since I’m a team leader, this is really time consuming and irritating. I don’t have these issues with other Playrix games on my iPad. Another issue is if you take too long typing in your message…all the characters squish together when the space characters magically get removed. It would also be really great if we had the ability to edit our chats. I don’t have as much trouble with the Windows app on my computer, as I’ve had with the iPad chat, except that the Windows app tends to freeze up or slow down so much that the app has to be restarted. Hope that will get fixed too. Still, this is a great game, just like all the other Playrix superstars!

Hate the Match Three Update
I, like many other people using this app, absolutely DESPISE the new update you have added, which is having match three levels in the game. This used to be one of my favourite games but now it literally one the worst games I have. It just makes the game seem like an unoriginal copy of all the other match three games out there. I would literally be deleting the app if I wasn’t on level 700. I can’t even think of a reason why you would add match three levels to the game when it was literally perfect before. Stop being so infuriatingly stubborn, dumb and annoying and actually READ the reviews that have been written about Manor Matters, and fix what they are saying. I have looked through many of these reviews and not one of them has been five stars, and many have stated that they hate the match three update too. It honestly just make me so angry.

Fun game gone downhill
This game used to be one of my favorite games because i really liked the hidden object aspect of the game. It was unique from all the other “renovate a house” type games that were all match 3 and merge type games which i dont find enjoyable.
But then came an update about a year ago, adding the dreaded match 3 levels that nobody wanted or asked for. Not only that, but the match 3 levels became the main type of level leaving very few hidden object levels which were too easy and not as fun. According to the developer, this change is irreversible which i dont understand. Just change it back. They mentioned trying to diversify the game but by changing it to nearly every level being a match 3?? At least make the match 3 levels much less common and only once every 5-6 hidden object puzzles. The match 3 levels have completely changed the game in not a good way. If i wanted to play a match 3 game where i could renovate a house i would have played one of the other like 10 games made by this developer.
Now for some good things. The story is interesting and the characters are very fun and enjoyable. The task cost is well balanced and it doesnt feel like i have to complete 10 levels to do one task. It was once a really good game. Unfortunately, the developers were too focused on money instead of the players and ended up turning a unique and fun game into the same exact boring games that players downloading this game were trying to avoid.

Love the game, not so Customer Support
In-app coin purchases fail 9/10 times. Your fist attempt always returns a “Purchase Failed” screen so the only way to do it it’s to try again (simple enough). But aside from the design glitch problem, now the ‘try again’ workaround not only fails, it also charges you but doesn’t give you the coins!!! So PlayRix have taken money 4x out of my account, not given me coins (I only want to make 1 purchase) and after the initial AI Customer Service response, I’ve never nothing more. TERRIBLE.
PS: I expect I’ll get the standard AI response on here for good optics, which will only tell me to do what I’ve already done. So if I’ll further update on here if I get my money back or/until I do. I don’t take kindly to having money taken from me and given nothing in return. Fair stance I’d say.

Disappointed
I used to love this game. I’ve had it for quite some time and am past level 1,000. I really liked the hidden object aspect of the game and how, even on higher levels they were adding new scenes or game modes to make it challenging and I got to use stars I earned from beating levels to progress a story and renovate the mansion. I returned to playing after some time away to find that a match-3 game mode was added, which would be fine if it now wasn’t the majority of the game. I have to play through at least 3 match-3 games before I can even get one hidden object game. And when I do get a hidden object level they are normally too easy. And some of the match-3 levels are just unfair and based on luck, no matter how much they say they are all beatable, the pieces change every time you replay a level. There is some random element of chance that can make a level practically unbeatable unless you use power ups. Some power ups you can get for free, but then you have to purchase them. I’m at a point where I’m stuck. I don’t have enough power ups and I’m unwilling to spend real money to just get through an element of the game I dislike. I would be willing to possibly spend money if it was an aspect of the game I actually enjoyed. I just wish the focus of the game had stayed the same. If they wanted to try a match-3 mechanic, maybe just one of those to every 3-5 hidden object levels. Although I really would rather it not be included at all.

Been a good game, bring back plz
I’ve been a consistent player since 2020, and have enjoyed most of the journey so far.
Overall, the game is great. The graphics are wonderful, there’s no ads (BIG PLUS), and I’ve never had an issue with functionality.
However, when I originally downloaded this game it was because the main gameplay was Search & Find. Which are my absolute favorite types of games, it helps me look closer at small details. I was smitten with this game at the beginning and played as much as I could. Now, unfortunately, I don’t play it as often because it isn’t particularly “fun” anymore. Simply put, it’s become another match 3 game with mayyybe a few scenes to search here and there. There are already so many of those M3 games out there, can you please bring that back? Maybe change it so there’s more scenes to search and a few match 3 levels in between (far and few) the search levels. This game was my getaway when the outside world was too stressful, but now it’s just frustrating that I sometimes avoid playing it. Match 3 games are purely based on chance (especially the purple & red levels) and those 5 lives disappear real fast. Maybe I’m a whiner, but I miss how this game originally was.
