Open your phone's System Settings -> Privacy -> App Privacy Report.
In the network activity of ID Guard Offline app, you may see `itunes.apple.com` and subdomains.
Because Apple requires apps to access its service when proceeding with in-app purchases. ID Guard Offline does not connect to any other cloud services.
You can turn off the "Wireless Data" access permission of ID Guard Offline app in the system settings after finishing the in-app purchase.
