Driver called me all rude and yelling i told him wait, went out a minute after he called and no one was there, i check app the order erased completely like it never happened. This service is a joke

Once you register your credit card for a ride, it automatically uses that credit card for payment!๐ก Why bothering to ask for each ride which payment option you like ?????? Useless !

Bad experience
Unfortunately today I experienced one of my worst ride experiences in my life, I asked for a pick up from rove to pick up my son from school I did the order on exactly 1:12 pm knowing that the roads might be crowded and my son comes out at 2:30 , the driver was supposed to show up at my doorstep at 1:47 pm , while I was waiting I noticed from the apps map that the driver went to pick up another customer while he was supposed to pick me up
I called the help center to assign a different driver , the actually did that but it was 2:27 pm knowing my son gets out from school at 2:30 pm while the new driver will pick me up at 2:27 pm that meant I will arrive at my 6 year old sonโs school at 3 pm or maybe more

Called him he said someone smoked in my car so I will send other driver and I was late to airport
