Having them tell you that they will charge 10kd from surra to airport and it only includes first 30min is something unacceptable. They want to charge you extra for every ten minutes you spend in traffic.
Also to book a later pickup they charge an extra 4kd which i dont know why!
They also dont have the option to choose the car category.
I called customer service and told them i would delete their app and they were happy so here you have it.
