Regarding the App experience:
very basic design " which is not necessarily bad ", sometimes you need to close the app and open it again when you wanna add your credit card. it can use some improvement.
Regarding the ride experience:
They have good rides and polite drivers, but they lack the basic support skills. my credit card got charged twice and i asked for a refund 24th of April "Sunday Night" and today i am writing this review on 3rd of May and the money still not yet refunded. The issue is, every employee would give you a different timeline and a different response regarding the same issue. one would say "on whatsApp" that it would take around 2-3 days .. the other would say "on the call" that it would take 3-5 days, and one of them even told me it is just a matter of 6hours. i don't know how anyone would treat them professionally if they don't act like professionals. Anyhow, i won't be using their app again and i would recommend that you pay in cash to avoid the support team hassles. enjoy the ride!
