Description of Clock Setter

Do you get frustrated when your clocks aren't showing the correct time? How about when two clocks in the same room are out of sync by one aggravating minute? Clock Setter is here to save the day! Many electronic devices these days are connected to the Internet and have the ability to synchronize the current time automatically, but you still own devices such as microwaves, ovens, and wrist watches that must be set manually... And accurately! Clock Setter is a helpful utility for doing just that. Clock Setter displays the precise current time, including seconds, with an optional count down five seconds leading up to the following minute. The countdown makes it effortless to focus on the control buttons for setting your device's time rather than missing the exact moment of setting because you needed to be looking at your phone.

  • Needs a tone when it gets to Zero

This app is almost perfect for what I need to set/check time on various clocks. Can you add an option to play a tone when the countdown gets to zero and then say the time? Another option that would work well with having a tone at zero would be to say what the time will be prior to the countdown. Something like “At the tone the time will be ...” and then start the countdown and at zero the tone would play.

The recent change is almost perfect but it still needs a short countdown after announcing the upcoming tone time but before the tone so you can be ready for it. So after you announce the upcoming tone time it should still do some kind of countdown and then play the tone at the correct moment. It could be an abbreviated countdown like “three, two, one” or even the more colloquial “ready, set” or even the famous “BBC pips” and then the tone plays at the exact time.
