Not Effective if You’re Ill

Both times I have attempted to use this service, I have been brushed off and dismissed by doctors and nurse practitioners that didn’t give a crap or have the time to listen. Don’t waste your time unless you need medication refills.

Okay

I feel like if you’re just getting refills this is awesome. I have a sinus infection and I got a phone doctor through this for the first time since it’s a month wait to my doctor and I hate the hospital. She told me I would be fine and it would eventually go away. It got worse so I went into the hospital and the doctor there told me I have a bacterial sinus infection that’s spread to my ears and it won’t go away on it’s own.
Seems like a good app but if the doctors don’t believe you when you tell them your symptoms it kind of sucks lol

Fast and easy!

All within 1-2 days I was able to get a refill on my prescription! A way better option than going up to the hospital and having to wait for hours just to get a refill. Would recommend!

I can admit I was skeptical about downloading this app. You hear things but also believe it yourself once you’ve tried it.
I have nothing bad to say, when I first made an appointment within 24hrs like it mentions, I received an email asking if I would like to continue passing along my personal information. And I heard from the Dr the day of my appointment no issues. Had a few appointments since I’ve downloaded it. Sometimes you don’t get a response right away as more people are using this app and they become busier. But all in all if 10/10 recommend this app& all Drs are very professional & very understanding.

Not good enough

Have heard wonderful things from family and friends about this app so decided to try it out when I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere else. Had an appointment scheduled for 1230pm. Waited for 25 mins for the Dr to show up and they never did. I was on lunch break at work and unfortunately couldn’t wait any longer. Not impressed.

One good experience, one terrible

I tried to set up an appointment to get a medication refilled. I was emailed for my information and responded. I did not receive any response so the next day I emailed and asked if I would be receiving a call and got no response. 10pm later that evening, I received a call from one of their physicians and when I said “sorry its late here, its around ten at night”, he replied sarcastically that if that wasn’t good enough for me, we could “end this whole thing here”, saying he’s very busy and I am wasting his time, among other things. I was silent for a moment and said “sorry I’m just dumbfounded by how you just spoke to me”. He was very quick with the call, it felt very impersonal and unprofessional. He said he would send in a prescription that he never did. Company said it would be resent and it was not, and then they ghosted me. I dont have a doctor, I've been on a waiting list since my family doctor retired in 2019. Is this really the kind of healthcare people like me are expected to deal with?

No set up appointment

Made an appointment , never heard anything after.

Unprofessional

Changed booking times with no call or consideration of the patient’s availability & blamed the patient for missing the new appointment time even though they did not reach out to ensure if a different time was suitable. It is basic common curtesy to inform an individual if their scheduled time no longer works and to ask if there is another day and/or time that would work. Very unprofessional and concerning for a health care profession. Do not recommend.
