Works great with the exception of one thing… I cannot change my email address and I’m about to lose my current email because I’ve transferred my service to a fiber internet provider,,,,so what do I do? Cancel this account on this app to change email address. crazy
No way to contact management
There is no way to message anyone on this app if you have questions or suggestions. There should be a “Contact Us” selection.
Stopped working
App won’t locate my location now. No customer service email. Very frustrating

When I had issues with the kiosk I tried to reach out to customer service and my messages were never returned.
Bogus
They like to keep charging you for months even though I canceled my account
Refund
I didn’t purchase extra washes and was charged $60 and told that I purchased it and no refund was given to me.

Not open no sign as to reopening
I have gone to the WDM site 3 times now and all sites were closed, no signage as to when they will open!
Difficult to Navigate
I will be putting new license plates on my car tomorrow and canceled my wash club because I didn’t know how to switch my car on the app to the new plates. I spent five minutes trying to figure this out and it’s just too confusing.
