Good luck talking to someone
App works fine they make it impossible to talk to anyone ever. If app messes up, want to change or cancel good luck. If you are lucky enough to talk to employee on site they have no authority at all to help you. Level of customer service is zero.Bfavre4ever

App is easy to use and the QR reader is super efficient. One criticism: please mute the “thank you for being a member, scan the QR code” message. I’m here a couple times a week, I don’t need that info. First timers can get this info by looking at the machine or with a message in the app. It’s extremely annoying that this app pauses my music and blasts that automated message through the speakers.xiuxiu515
