There appears to be no way to cancel your subscription for the unlimited club… which I might add isn’t actually unlimited.

Tells me I have an account already under my phone number, but wants me to log in with email. When I try to log in with email, tells me the phone number doesn’t match the email. Can’t reset it. Can’t get log in credentials. Don’t know how to use this.

Multi times this month car wash doesn’t work. The email is not supported by these people any more. Wasted money. Scam!
Good luck talking to someone
App works fine they make it impossible to talk to anyone ever. If app messes up, want to change or cancel good luck. If you are lucky enough to talk to employee on site they have no authority at all to help you. Level of customer service is zero.

App is easy to use and the QR reader is super efficient. One criticism: please mute the “thank you for being a member, scan the QR code” message. I’m here a couple times a week, I don’t need that info. First timers can get this info by looking at the machine or with a message in the app. It’s extremely annoying that this app pauses my music and blasts that automated message through the speakers.
