  • Great game! But…

This game is the best game I play it everyday to check it and to daily task and the ads are worth it! But can you maybe add a feature where u can log back in if u deleted the game? Because one time my little brother was on my phone and deleted the game to install a other one. when I got my phone back I saw that the game was deleted and I reinstalled it but I had to restart everything. So can you maybe add this feature? overall great game!

  • Adorable

I love this game. It reminds me a lot of kawaii megu pet
  • Sooo cute

I love the game it's so cute but i have an idea
what if the more kotodummys you get the more hearts you get???
  • Tap faster or spend $$$

The tap rate increase is ridiculous! At rank 31, it takes 700,000 taps per stage and 5 stages to graduate to rank 32. The app offers in-app purchases to speed things up. I find it annoying that the daily quest asks for twenty mins of play, while the timer has the nerve to give less than two stinking minutes of regenerating hearts a measly 10% faster. I don’t understand the incentive to have friends or rate rooms when visits are random either way. Idk why we feed tissues, cookies, and clothes to a Koto when it seems to have no affect and we don’t get the items back if the Koto gets deleted to make space in a room

  • uuhhh

really confused about it, it’s literally just a game where you tap hearts and choose words, it went by in a breeze and wasn’t that fun. had a better time with an actual tamagotchi.

edit: i changed the 2 stars to 5 stars. i realized this game is.. actually fun! the characters are really cute, and the idea is original, simple, and fun! i love this game as it’s addicting and has a wide variety of characters you can grow depending on what words you feed them. and best of all, i like how after they’ve grown up they don’t die but simply wander around as you take care of a new kotadummy. i don’t know why i gave this a poor rating before, i’m pretty sure i was probably in a bad mood and/or just thought you had one chance and done. i’m really starting to get back into it.

  • I usually don’t write reviews

But this has become my favorite phone game :) it’s relaxing and I always check on it every few hours! I love it so much
  • Super cute

I love this game so much! I’ve been playing it nonstop for days now and I’m obsessed. I love trying to unlock new kotodummies, being able to give them accessories, and decorating their room. There’s also a lot of funny phrases throughout the game that make me laugh. I couldn’t suggest any way to make this game better!

  • Snarky

I absolutely adore Kotodama Diary. I paid for one of the in game bundles because I wanted to support the developers! It’s like a virtual pet game for an older audience, with some genuinely laugh inducing dialogue when you feed them a word. Progression slows down pretty fast as you play but it still maintains your interest with the decor and accessories you can get. I will say it definitely needs another feature to keep you entertained while you wait for your heart meter to fill, but there’s a little dialogue bubble that says it’s coming in a future update! All in all there’s not a huge amount of new content for a recurring player, but I enjoy it’s simplicity at the same time. I can’t wait to see where they go with it! Lovely game 💕

  • THE PAID ITEM TO REMOVE ADS DOESN’T REMOVE ALL ADS

It’s not clearly explained in the store, but the ingame item that requires real money to remove ads does not remove ALL the ads. You will still have ads when you do actions within the game. Shady business practices not disclosing there would be ads in the game even after spending money.
