Notifications No Longer Working
I set up scheduled notifications for my balances, and they worked for a while, but suddenly stopped sending out. My device has all notifications turned on. The app does not require an update. Something is just broken
Good, but needs to rotate to landscape mode
This is a good app, but it needs to be able to rotate to landscape mode so you can use it with your phone or iPad easier. The old app would rotate, but his newer version does not, please fix this!
New app has many flaws which will hopefully be fixed soon
I can’t see my pending transactions, the second person listed on my joint checking account can’t access the online banking, card transactions show up as “CARD CARD” and don’t show the name of the business unless you click through them one by one, it’s a 4 step process to log out, the ad banner at the top takes room away from viewing my accounts as easily, and there aren’t enough characters to appropriately rename accounts, such as Emergency Savings.
On the plus side, the online banking is at least operational for my primary checking account now, where it was down for several months prior to the upgrade. I like that I can copy and paste my account numbers for ease of access now. Account transfers are truly immediate now, where they weren’t in the previous app, and that is convenient when you need a last-minute move after hours.
Hopefully the issues will be resolved very soon, as they overshadow the upsides of the upgrade.

Touch login is flaky
The app itself works just fine. But the fingerprint touch login will work one day, and then not work at all until you uninstall the app and then reinstall it and begin the process all over again.
Deleted and reinstalled every 2 weeks
I have to delete and reinstall this app often to get it to work

This app has always been so difficult for me. From “no internet connection” (even though I have great service/WiFi to “incorrect username or password” (even though it says my Face ID is valid and I’ve never changed my username or password! I’ve seen other reviews and they’re from years ago, therefore I know this issue won’t get fixed but I just want future users to know what to look forward to. There’s no reason to have a mobile banking app if it never wants to work properly.

I dont understand why this app makes it so hard to transfer money to another bank. Let alone the bank itself said i would get my debit card in “7-10 days” that was over a month ago!!
