I am well pleased with the App there is a lot that you can see and do. It can be a little trying at first. The more your look around the better it gets. I am just to the point that I don’t want to work a lot to figure things out. It is the age thing.Kendro 29
Good service, but overzealous
Provides good service, but they do a little bit too much when it comes to verifying you. Not so bad if they don’t have an attitude, but it depends on who you talk to. At my local branch however, there’s a young woman that works there that always has an attitude, like you’re there to rob them or something…very annoying. We have quite a large CD invested with them and when the branch manager has heard her talk to us a couple times he has come out and said “I’ll take care of them.” Shouldn’t have to be the case, but apparently there’s something with their overall training that creates this weird vibe. I prefer online and over the phone dealing with them than in person.Show lesssaramark2011
Needs memos to display
I often move money from one account to another to pay bills. When I do so I add a memo. Later (weeks or months) I review the transaction details to recall what it was for but cant. If the “memo” displayed in the transaction details this would be very helpful. It is the only thing keeping this from being a 5-Star app.Show lessTodd_Iphone6s
