Provides good service, but they do a little bit too much when it comes to verifying you. Not so bad if they don’t have an attitude, but it depends on who you talk to. At my local branch however, there’s a young woman that works there that always has an attitude, like you’re there to rob them or something…very annoying. We have quite a large CD invested with them and when the branch manager has heard her talk to us a couple times he has come out and said “I’ll take care of them.” Shouldn’t have to be the case, but apparently there’s something with their overall training that creates this weird vibe. I prefer online and over the phone dealing with them than in person.
